If on fire, casting Cold Burst will instantly put the caster out.
This spell is used by Skeleton Mages.
Unstable version: Freezes enemies and tiles within a small circle around the player instead of a cone.
Trance: Frost armor. Coats the player in ice. The next time the player would take damage, the ice coat absorbs the hit and detonates, freezing enemies and tiles in a small radius.
Overload: Cold burst. Rather than freezing everything in a cone in front of the player, the overload variant freezes everything in all directions.
